Our story
About me: During a difficult and hard period physical with as a result also mentally hard, I could feel small tingles of happiness when I got some little attentions for myself. For example, light a candle, drinking a nice cup of tea (with chocolate :-)), gentle and nice fitted clothes so it would make me feel lighter. I hope that by looking at this website you can feel a little warmth in yours (heart) too. Everyone needs a little bit of warmth! Don’t forget giving something to a friend, neighbour or family gives also that warm feeling. In my case I was very lucky with all the attentions and help, grateful! Also in the blog you will find titels of books which helped me during this period. Keep on going and Warm Your Heart!

Over mij: Gedurende een zware periode zowel fysiek met als gevolg mentaal, kon ik kleine geluksmomenten voelen wanneer ik lief was voor mezelf. Als voorbeeld, een kaars branden, een lekkere mok thee (met chocolade :-)), lekkere zacht zittende kleding zodat ik mijzelf lichter voelde. Ik hoop dat je bij het kijken van de webshop je een klein beetje dat warme gevoel van binnen voelt (in je hart). Iedereen heeft een beetje warmte nodig! Vergeet niet dat iets geven aan een vriend/vriendin, buur-man/vrouw, of familie geeft je ook dat warme gevoel van binnen. In mijn geval had ik veel geluk met alle aandacht en hulp van mensen om mij heen, dankbaar! In de Blog kun je boekentips vinden die mij erg geholpen hebben in deze tijd.
